The staff members were accommodating and amicable. the setting was magnificent, so close to a more respectable restaurant, the historic downtown Kingston, and the downtown. -Kingston Mills was 2 km away.

The rooms here have recently been renovated and are well-kept, featuring spacious king-sized beds.

Terrific, spotless unit with a nice sized table, a king sized bed, as for instance. Accommodating and attentive people working here. Magnificent location near to the downtown, Kingston, the theatre.

The owner is very friendly and helped us with site seeing plans. The rooms are basic, clean and spacious. You can sit outside and take a swim of you want to. If you want an affordable motelroom, I would definitely recommend it

No coffe maker, very small soap bars, only 2 towels, bathroom door is a very poor fit to its casing and the water spout to showerhead diverter does not work properly thereby wasting about 1/2 of the water flow.

This venue provides well-furnished and well-maintained units with a microwave, bathroom, and tub, plus a clean pool area, all in an unbeatable location with a late check-out option.

Advertised as comfy, quiet and clean and that's just what we got. Owners are delightful and very helpful. Would definitely re-visit.

Fairly clean place and favourable location, enjoyed really friendly staff. The rooms were newly remodelled and well furnished here with microwave, a king sized bed, bathroom.

Wi-Fi signal was very weak also the bed of mine was very firm.

We loved staying in the king room with a king-size bed; it felt just like being at home.

It is quiet in the countryside during the night. The staff are friendly.

Lots of mosquitoes are in the room in the summer time. I spent 45 minutes to kill all of them. The window air conditioning is very noisy. It is far from a restaurant.
